The focus of “Expedition 1” was on the topic of public and private space, as well as their limits. Through performative interventions in public space, the students of a public Berlin school had to consider their everyday environment from a different perspective.
Throughout the process the group collected stories, personal impressions and observations and created a collage in which the real city, was changing more and more into an absurd, utopian space with his own rules.
